Halal ou Pas helps users review food products, ingredients, additives, and certification information. These terms apply to the Halal ou Pas mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

Product verdicts are provided for general information. They may be based on product labels, community contributions, public databases, automated analysis, and information supplied by manufacturers. They are not a religious ruling, medical advice, or a guarantee. Ingredients and manufacturing methods can change, so always check the package and contact the manufacturer or a trusted religious authority when you need certainty.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. If you submit product details, photographs, corrections, or reports, you give us permission to store, review, adapt, and display them as needed to operate and improve the Service. You keep ownership of your content.

The free Service may display advertising. Optional purchases may remove ads or unlock features as described at the time of purchase. Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled under the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play store through which the purchase was made.

The Service may use or link to third-party data, websites, stores, advertising, or payment services. We do not control their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. We work to keep information accurate and the Service available, but we cannot promise that it will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on product information or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may restrict or end access when these terms are seriously or repeatedly violated, when required by law, or when needed to protect users and the Service.

We may revise these terms as the Service evolves. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
